The first step in obtaining a 1203.4 dismissal in California is to obtain a current copy of your criminal history, also called a RAP sheet.
RAP stand for Record of Arrests and Prosecutions and contains a history of your felony and misdemeanor convictions.
Obtaining your California Criminal History allows you, or your attorney, to review and evaluate its content and determine your eligibility for a 1203.4 dismissal.
