For Veterans

  • Include your full name, phone, and best email.
  • If available, add your VA file number or last 4 of SSN (avoid full SSN).
  • Helpful items: VA decisions, BVA decisions, rating sheets, medical opinions.
  • You can bundle multiple files in a ZIP if easier.

For Referring Law Firms

  • Add a short cover note (caption, deadlines, posture, issues preserved).
  • Include relevant decisions, briefs, transcripts, and exhibits.
  • If you have many files, create a single ZIP (organized by folder is ideal).
  • We’ll acknowledge receipt by email.

What file types and sizes are supported?

Common formats such as PDF, DOCX, JPG/PNG, and ZIP are accepted. Large files are okay; if you encounter a limit, split into parts (Part 1/2/3) and upload sequentially.

What happens after I upload?

You’ll see a confirmation screen. Our office receives an immediate notification and will review your materials. If we need anything else, we’ll reach out.

Privacy & security

Uploads go through a secure request link. Do not include full Social Security numbers; provide only the last four digits when needed. Uploading documents does not create an attorney-client relationship until we confirm representation in writing.
