The Sierra Law Center, APC does not intend to use any personal information provided by you, the potential client, for any reason, except one. The Sierra Law Center, APC uses personal information you provide for the following purpose:

1.  To contact you, the potential client, to discuss your case.

We do not sell personal information, we do not forward personal information to any one unless specifically directed to do so by you the potential client.

When you, the potential client, completes our contact form onsite any personal information you provide, and collected by our office, will remain on the server used by our email service provider until deleted.

If you, the potential client, retains or hires our firm, information you provide is placed in your client file and remains in the file until the file is destroyed.
